Brad Stinson
Managing Director
Brad has worked in the air conditioning industry for almost 20 years.  Prior to establishing Stinson Air, Brad worked with Direct Engineering Services, a leading air conditioning company.  During his time there he worked on various projects including the Australian Embassy in Jakarta and many high rise projects in the Perth CBD.  Brad started Stinson Air as a 2o year old in 1995 out of the back of an old van and is very proud of just how far the company has progressed over all these  years. Brad loves steering the ship and is always looking for opportunities to improve and grow the company. Brad was recently awarded a WABN 40 under 40 award, recognising his efforts in establishing and growing our great company.

Tracy Crisdale
Office Manager
Tracy has years of experience in running her own businesses and is a great asset for our team. As office manager, Tracy does a wonderful job at making our clients and suppliers feel welcome from the front line, accounts are always in order and she is always on hand to guide and support team members as required.  Tracy has a great sense of humour, is full of energy and does a great job in keeping all the team (boys) in line.

Greg Stinson
Operations Manager
Greg has more than 16 years experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry and has been with Stinson Air for almost 8 years. Prior to commencing with Stinson Air Greg had been employeed by commercial companies such as Bakers and McAlpine Hussmann, he has also worked on many large scale projects including Hayman Island Resort in the Whitsunday’s and the refit of several Woolworths and Coles stores. Greg is an integral leader of the installation teams and responsable for our construction scheduling, project supervision and general day-to-day operations of the company. Greg is there to ensure your project runs smoothly and does so with a smile.

Dwayne Stinson
Design and Sales Manager
Dwayne has more than 5 years industry experience and joined Stinson Air in 2007. Dwayne brings great enthusiasm and does a fantastic job leading the design and sales team. Dwayne is a valued team leader and does an excellent job in building long term relationships with his clients. He does a great job in making sure the office is a fun place to be, is hardworking and is constantly looking for ways to improve the company’s systems and customer service procedures.

Rolfe Heldt
Design and Sales Consultant
Rolfe has over 15 years industry experience in air conditioning design, his vast design experience and attention to detail is perfectly suited to handle any mid to high specification residentual or light commercial project. His growing list of fans (clients) love his attention to detail, which is well suited to dealing with architects and designers to make sure all the necessary provisions and plan detail is sorted out well before construction begins, to ensure there are no problems once the project  is underway. Rolfe fits into the Stinson Air team beautifully.

Kade Boucher
Design and Sales Consultant
Kade has several years experience as one of our valued installers, and in 2008 was promoted to the design and sales team. Kade has poven his industry knowledge through his time on the tools and is another great team player who always has his clients needs as his priority by designing systems as if they were for his own home. Kade (being a country boy) warmly connects, is well liked and builds trust with all those who deal with him.

Scott Stinson
Project Supervisor
Scott has several years industry experience, installing and servicing systems all around Perth from small domestic projects through to large commercial installations. He takes pride in his work and is well liked by all his clients and colleauges, Scott oversees our project installs on site and helps out in scheduling and commisssioning as required. Scott is a good man who donates a lot of his free time to those more needy than himself and has even helped out troubled youth for a couple of years working in South Africa. He will be there with attention to detail and a kind manner to ensure your installation is a proffessional trouble free experience.

Ryan Huk
Air Conditioning Installer
Ryan joined Stinson Air in 2009 and has already shown himself to be yet another great member of our ever expanding team. Ryan assists Scott with our installations, is hard working and loves to keep himself fit, which is a great asset when it comes to handling large units and climbing around roof spaces. Ryan is a valued team member and we look forward to many more years with Ryan as a part of our team.

The Installation Team
Stinson Air employs and contracts a small select range of quality installers to assist Scott and Ryan with our projects.  All our installers are highly skilled, hold relevant licenses and are efficient, clean tradespeople.
The Team: Scott, Ryan, Ben, Matt, Michael, Daniel, Mark, Clint, Dean, Trent, Matt and Kyle.  A great bunch of blokes of whom most have been working for us for many years.
