STEP 1: First contact the friendly team at Stinson Air. All we need is a copy of your new home plans. You can email, post, fax or please feel free to drop by our showroom. Here you can meet the lovely staff, view our working display models and see the range of diffusion and accessories available.

STEP 2: Once we have your plan it’s time for a chat. Our Design Consultant will talk to you about your specific requirements, your lifestyle needs and budget.

STEP 3: Next we will present you with your customised complimentary proposal. This will include a descriptive quote, detailed easy to read plans and importantly, what we require from you or your builder. Also included will be product brochures, detail of our guarantees and our company profile.

STEP 4: After an agreement your job file will be passed to our project supervisor to schedule your job and keep in regular contact with your team, whether it’s yourself, your designer, architect or building supervisor etc, to make sure your job runs smoothly and on time.

STEP 5: Nearing completion of your home we will fit off final diffusers, controls and outdoor condensing units, then commission and test your system.

STEP 6: We will then hand over to you operating instructions, helpful operating hints and peace of mind. We stand behind our work with a solid 5 year unit and installation warranty.

STEP 7: All that is left is for you to move in and enjoy your new climate controlled paradise!
