Kade Boucher
BUSINESS MANAGER PERTH AND DIRECTOR STINSON AIR SOUTH WEST

Brad’s right hand man Kade has been with Stinson Air & Solar for over 15 years. Kade began on the tools and worked his way to the top. Currently he looks after special projects and splits his time between the Perth and South West while residing with his young family in Dunsborough. Kade belongs to a rare species. He is very tech savvy and he also connects warmly and easily to everyone he meets. We think his well grounded ‘country boy origins’ account for Kade being great at communicating and brilliant at business and IT systems. In addition to running the business development universe at Stinson Air & Solar, as a founding Director of Stinson Air South West, Kade also supports business systems and special projects across the region.

Paul Howard
SALES & SCHEDULING MANAGER

Our secret weapon, Paul not only looks after the sales, he also runs much of the operational side of things. Having over 30 years of industry knowledge of which over 20 years has been in our lovely South West and a qualified tradesman background himself, he takes care of all sales and scheduling queries with expertise and efficiency. Our trades loves his organization and eye for detail.

A versatile, knowledgeable bloke that loves to see the job right out from start to finish. He has a passion for great design resulting in creating quality air conditioning and commercial refrigeration systems that will exactly match your lifestyle and budget. If he can sneak a day away from the office, you will likely find him playing around at the Busselton Golf Course.

Kevin Couzens
SERVICE COORDINATOR

Kev is a South West local and is a very valued member of our team. Kev has over 20 years of experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industries and is an absolute gun when it comes to service and troubleshooting. If Kev can’t help the team get a failed system up and running, well it probably can’t be fixed then.

When he’s not working with our clients and team on solving the latest service problem you will most likely find him enjoying the south west and his real passion, all things cars.

The Install & Service Team

What an amazing team of guys we have in our service and install departments. Led by Matt, Jaymon, Loche, Quinlan, Marley and the rest of the A grade electrical and install teams. An amazing bunch of guys who are top of their game technically are great people and they are all passionate about doing a job the right way. These guys are the heart of our business and we have never had a stronger team than we do today.
